ABOUT PAXPAX.ORG: We are the online presence of the Fair Air Association, a nonprofit tax-exempt advocacy group founded by Diana Fairechild for the benefit of airline passengers. Diana lost her health during her 21-year career as an international flight attendant.

Dozens of physicians have corroborated what Diana has maintained all along: that her loss of health was caused by getting sprayed with pesticides in occupied aircraft cabins, along with contaminated airplane air and water, excessive radiation and ozone, and more.

Diana's on a nonstop course towards helping passengers to rise above these problems.
For the last 28 years, she has been researching and writing about healthy, safe flying. For the last 14 years, she's been publishing her findings and advice.

Now the author of five books and an expert witness in pax death and injury law suits, Diana is also a focal point for information and networking about air-travel health and safety.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS A "PAX"?

PAX is the airline abbreviation for "passenger" and "passengers." You might say that the airlines really enjoy using abbreviations.

Here are some other everyday examples:

• PETC = pet in cabin

• SML = special meal

• TUC: time of consciousness to get an oxygen mask (before you die from oxygen deprivation)

PAX also means "peace" in Latin, as you may know, which is ironic because peace is not that easy to come by for pax.

WHO GOVERNS PAXPAX?

All IRS regulations govern paxpax.org and we work closely with an active Board of Directors.

Just as important to us, we listen and respond to our readers —who find their way to us from every continent on the globe.

NEXT STEPS

After decades of working feverishly towards accomplishing her vision and mission, in 2006 Diana developed a 3-phase growth plan, which is dependent upon an interactive online database that is now ready to be implemented.
